Darila currently offers checkout delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Available services and shipping charges, including any free standard shipping option, are shown at checkout for your address. We cannot accept an order for a destination that checkout does not support.

Processing & delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates, where shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. You will receive shipping information when your order is dispatched. If we cannot ship within a time we promised, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

Address & customs

Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact support@darilabeauty.com promptly if it needs correction. For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply unless checkout states they are included. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with your rights.
